Description
This is a handmade quilt that was made using the Scrappy Hearts quilt pattern. It is made with different fabrics of pinks and reds with floral designs and polka dots on a white background. This will cheer up any home and is perfect to put on the couch for Valentine’s Day. It is large throw size and ready to be cuddled in.
Materials:
–It is made with 100% cotton fabrics, thread, batting, binding and backing.
Measurements:
–The quilt measures 64 inches by 72 inches.
Design:
–On the front of the quilt, it features floral and geometric fabric designs. It has different fabrics in pink and red.
–On the back of the quilt, it features the same fabrics as on the front. They are pieced together to create a large patchwork design.
–It has a stripy white and green cotton for the binding.
–It is quilted with straight-line quilting and free motion quilting. It features hearts and swirls in a grid pattern throughout the quilt.
–This was pieced and quilted on a domestic home machine.
Care Instructions:
–Wash with cold water and tumble dry on low. Because it is made out of cotton, it will become softer and softer with each wash. The quilt has been washed to pre-shrink and to give it a “crinkle” look.
